Terms of Service

1. The program

STATUS10 provides a consulting program that includes community access, a curriculum library, group coaching, an AI coach, and related resources. Program access lasts for the four-month term of your enrollment. We may update, add to, or improve the Service over time.

2. Payment and billing

Two ways to enroll:

• Pay in full — $10,000, charged once.
• Pay monthly — $3,000 per month for four months ($12,000 total). Your subscription automatically ends after the fourth payment.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By enrolling you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amounts above. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until the payment is resolved. Access ends at the conclusion of your four-month term.

3. Refunds

Because the program grants immediate access to proprietary materials and coaching, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at hello@status10inc.com and we’ll review your request in good faith.

4. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single person and may not be shared. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

5. Community conduct

The community is a shared space. You agree not to post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content, spam, or others’ confidential information. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

6. Intellectual property

The curriculum, SOPs, software, and other materials are owned by STATUS10 and provided for your personal use during your enrollment. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them. Content you post remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the Service.

7. Affiliate program

Members may earn a referral commission (currently 10% of collected revenue) for new members they refer. Commissions are subject to a holding period and a minimum payout threshold, are paid via Stripe to a connected account you set up, and are not owed on refunded or failed payments. We may modify or end the affiliate program at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We share strategies and coaching in good faith, but we do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or growth result — outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Nothing here is legal, financial, or tax advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STATUS10 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Questions: hello@status10inc.com.
